Climate Supply Co. (ABN 77 182 698 301) operates this website and supplies and installs air conditioning systems across South East Queensland. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

When you place an order or make an enquiry, we collect:

• Delivery address (supply-only orders)
• Installation suburb (supply and install orders)

When you subscribe via the footer email form, we collect your email address only.

We do not collect payment card details — payment is processed directly through PayPal.

• Process and fulfil your order
• Book and coordinate installation at your property
• Contact you about your order, delivery, or installation
• Send occasional product updates and seasonal offers (email subscribers only)

4. Third parties we work with

To operate our service, we share data with the following service providers:

• FormSubmit.co — routes order notification emails to our team. Your order details are transmitted through FormSubmit's servers to generate an email to us.
• Google Fonts — we load fonts from Google's CDN. Google may log the font request including your IP address. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Elfsight — we use Elfsight's AI chatbot widget. If you interact with the chatbot, your messages may be processed on Elfsight's servers. See elfsight.com/privacy-policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your shopping cart between pages. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you proceed through checkout.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Third-party services embedded in the site (Google Fonts, Elfsight) may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain order and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, comply with our legal obligations (including Australian Consumer Law and tax record-keeping requirements), and resolve any disputes. Email subscriber addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Payment data is handled entirely by PayPal and is not stored on our systems or infrastructure.
